This handsome, semi detached, Victorian property was purchased at auction by BeachLife, with the plan to transform it into a long-term family home, for it’s next owner.
We invested in creating a high quality, thermally efficient home, by introducing high spec insulation and upgrading all aspects of the building’s structure.
A new floor structure and underfloor heating were installed throughout the ground floor, giving all future owners that true feeling of luxury during the winter.
Our architect and interior designer developed an expert design for the complete remodel of the first floor and new loft conversion, delivering a perfectly proportioned 4 bed, 2 bathroom family home.
The ground entails a large hallway with cleverly designed utility and WC under the stairs. The showcase to the new family home is the stunning kitchen/diner, with striking, black aluminium bifold doors in a Crittal style.
